ORIGINAL: Space Fighter 'Piranha'

'Scratch' 1/72 Space Fighter 'Piranha': A old kit, this is my first attempt in seroius 'scratchbuilding'. I started with a broken Bandai 'Valkyrie' (in result of a experiment - put in the same place your assembled kit and your little brother...). Lots of putty and sanding to fill the front of engines and the body. The tiny sided 'wings' (in reality are sensor and navigation antennaes) are made of paper, and the missile nose is dettachable (like the UFO Interceptors, my inspiration for that).
