Alvaro is Associate Professor at the Center of Marine Biology of the University of São Paulo, in São Sebastião, Brazil. He works mainly on Hydrozoa life cycle, biology and systematics, but also have interest in other groups of marine animals as ctenophores, bryozoans, and annelids. |

Otto is PhD student at the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo, in São Paulo, Brazil. He is working on the population biology and phylogeography of ctenophores from the São Sebastião Channel, but also have interest in other gelatinous zooplankton groups and in benthic Hydrozoa. |

Antonio is Associate Professor at the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo, in São Paulo, Brazil. He leads the Medusozoa Lab at his institution and works mainly on the systematics, evolution and biogeography of Medusozoa. He is also the curator of the Cnidaria and Ctenophora collections at the Museum of Zoology of the University of São Paulo. |
